ILIA Mission
Impact Leadership Initiative America (ILIA) plans and implements service, leadership, innovation and mentoring projects, with the aim of strengthening interpersonal and leadership skills in young adults.
ILIA Goals
• Plan and conduct community service events to address needs of people in their immediate community.
• Organize and participate in leadership skills development events, including annual ILIA academy and conference.

• Collaborate with Impact Your World Nigeria (http://impactyourworldng.org ) to identify and develop thoughtful solutions to recognized challenges facing Nigerians and Nigerian-Americans.
• Leverage interactions with business professionals for leadership mentoring, internship and training.
